Dolphins won’t play some veterans

Williams, Wake and Suh not expected to play

The entire Miami Dolphins team traveled to New York City but don’t expect to see many established veterans taking the field tonight.

The team will unveil their new offense under new Head Coach Adam Gase whom QB Ryan Tannehill seems to like the best so far.

Dolphins happy with “tough guys” they selected

The Miami Dolphins went into the draft looking to infuse some toughness into their team and it seems they have succeeded in doing so in spades.

“They just want tough guys,” said safety Jordan Lucas, the sixth-round pick from Penn State. “If you look at our whole draft class, they want tough guys.”

Fins looking for redemption after close loss

The Miami Dolphins were not happy about leaving the field in Florida with a three point 23-20 loss to the Jaguars.  Taking it the hardest is DE Oliver Vernon who was hit with an Unnecessary Roughness flag that made a near impossible kick very probable for Kicker Jason Myers.

“It was just a dumb play by me,” Vernon said. “That was it. We lost. It’s over with man. They played better ball than us. I take full responsibilities for my actions, on to the next week.”
